Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers

Dermal fillers are gel implants of hyaluronic acid — a substance naturally produced by the body — used to restore lost volume, refine facial contours and hydrate the skin from within.

About the treatment

We use only CE-marked, İEGM-approved hyaluronic acid fillers from established manufacturers. Each filler has its own rheology — firmer gels for structural work in the chin or cheek, softer gels for lip hydration or tear troughs. Your physician will select the right product for the area and goal at consultation. A session takes 30–45 minutes.

Areas we treat

  • Lips — subtle definition, hydration and border support
  • Cheeks — mid-face volume restoration
  • Chin — projection and jawline harmony
  • Nasolabial folds
  • Marionette lines
  • Tear troughs (under-eye hollows) — selected cases only
  • Hands — volumising the dorsum

The session

  1. Detailed physician consultation and goal-setting
  2. Pre-treatment photography
  3. Topical anaesthetic cream (most HA fillers also contain lidocaine)
  4. Injection using either sharp needle or blunt cannula — the physician selects the safest technique per area
  5. Two-week review to assess symmetry and refine if needed

Recovery & aftercare

Expect mild swelling for 24–72 hours, especially in the lips. Minor bruising occurs in a minority of patients and resolves in 5–7 days. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol and dental work for 48 hours. Fillers are fully reversible — hyaluronidase can dissolve them if needed.

Not suitable for

Pregnancy and breastfeeding; active skin infection at the treatment site; active autoimmune flare; history of severe anaphylaxis to hyaluronic acid. All patients are screened at consultation.
