Before anything else

Aesthetic consultation & skin analysis

A thorough, 45- to 60-minute sit-down with one of our physicians. We assess your skin, facial anatomy and goals — then give you a written plan. No pressure to book any treatment on the day.

What happens in the consultation

This is a clinical appointment, not a sales meeting. Your physician will review your medical history, examine your skin and facial proportions, photograph your baseline (kept private in your chart), and discuss realistic options. For some patients the right answer is Botox; for others it is skincare and SPF; and for some the honest answer is no treatment at all. You leave with a written recommendation and any quotes in writing.

This is for you if

  • You are considering your first aesthetic treatment and want a clinical opinion
  • You have had treatments elsewhere and want a second opinion
  • You are unsure whether skincare, in-office treatment, or something else is the right next step
  • You have complex concerns — pigmentation, acne scarring, early volume loss — that benefit from a real plan

What we cover

  1. Full medical and skincare history
  2. Skin type, condition and photo-ageing assessment
  3. Facial analysis (proportions, symmetry, expression)
  4. Discussion of goals and what is realistic
  5. Written, itemised treatment plan with honest timelines and costs
  6. Time to ask every question you have

After the consultation

There is no expectation that you book anything on the day. The plan is yours to take home. If you do decide to proceed with treatment, the consultation fee is credited against your first session booked within three months.

Good to know

The consultation is a medical appointment. Please arrive without makeup if possible, and bring a list of any supplements or medications you take regularly — including retinoids, anticoagulants and any injectable history.
